Things to work on…
Anger issues. Goal: Try to go a week without getting really angry at someone. Express negative emotions in a truly constructive way.
Coping mechanisms. Goal: Keep them healthy. Do not let off in form of anger towards a particular person or keep bottled inside.
Not beating myself up, emotionally, when things get difficult. Goal: Go set up an appointment with the counselor already! Geez, you’ve been putting it off for too long.
Invest in myself, just as a human being, an individual. Goal: Quality me-time. Doing whatever I darn well please.
Give lots of hugs and comfort. Be a friend. Be open and honest. Don’t be a party pooper.
